Job Description

Accounts cum Admin Asst (PT; 2-3 days / wk)


AKSC is looking for an Accounts cum Admin Assistant to support the Finance and Admin in-Charge.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
-Bank Reconciliations on Xero Software
-Raising and mailing invoices to clients on Xero Software (including recurring invoices).
-Entering bills from supplier or vendors to Xero Software, checking it and ensuring the payments are in accordance with the company policy
-Managing payroll for employees
-Processing employees claims and submitting in xero
-Maintain banking files and admin papers for clients
-Sorting mails, scanning, and filing accordingly to the relevant files in OneDrive and physical files
- Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement
- Perform monthly AR & Bank reconciliations statement
- Perform office admin work
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:
- Xero accounting software knowledge is a must
- Candidate should possess at least an accounting certificate/diploma and with at least 1 year’s relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills for both oral and written in English
- Able to multitask
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Disciplined, meticulous, and self-motivated
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Only Singaporeans, PRs, Dependent or Longterm Visit Pass holders need to apply (no quota for work pass)


Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM; 2 to 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)
