Founded in Singapore in 2004, Akribis Systems is a motion control company that provides high precision direct drive motors. We construct products for a range of industries including renewable energy, semiconductor, communication, biomedical, robotics or any industry that requires precise motion.
We produce direct drive motors with a high force density and patented coil design that decreases cogging. Our linear and rotary motors also are available with stages that we manufacture ourselves so you can smoothly integrate the motor into your design.
More than simply a manufacturer, we are also innovators. Our deep knowledge of engineering and dedication to the work has resulted in 44 patents, and our research and development into the field of magnetics will only continue to grow our business. Our engineers are able to custom design motors and stages to your specific requirements with you as a co-developer.

Department Overview:
Quality Assurance (QA), the team that deals in administrative and procedural activities with the intent of implementing / maintaining the Quality System so that requirements and goals for a product, service or activity will be fulfilled. QA includes management of the quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components, services related to production, and management, production and inspection processes.
- Perform equipment/module buy-off check according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate and prepare First Article reports as requested by the customer.
- Implementing quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Work together with supplier quality engineer to solve the supplier-related issue.
- Perform audits regularly to check the discrepancy with the customer requirements.
- Coordinate in writing of 8D report for quality-related issues as requested by the customer.
- Customer ECO/ECN tracking and monitoring.
- Participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing and quality improvement.
- Participate in the ISO committee & improve QEHS systems.
- Manage products RoHS, REACH, CMRT and etc for customer requests.
- Developing training processes for each individual who handles or interacts with the product
- Ensuring ongoing compliance and risk management across the organization
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree and/or equivalent, preferably in Manufacturing Engineering and/or any other relevant course of study.
- Good problem-solving skills. and understand mechanical drawings.
- Preferably with 3 Year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing and/or any other related field/industry is required for this position.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Required Knowledge: i.e. Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma.
- Required Skill(s): i.e. Microsoft Office, Minitab
