Job Description
- Liaise with customers to ensure all shipments’ orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with oversea office for shipment arrangement to ensure shipments handling properly and efficientlyLiaising with ocean carriers, airlines, forwarding partners on schedules, bookings, pick-ups etc.
- Ensure all invoicing to customers and inter-companies are in compliance with the company guidelines within required timeline
- Handling Air/Ocean freight Import or Export documents (both Mawb & Hawb level as well as HBL & MBL)Handle full set of Air/Ocean Export documents
- System data entry – Cargowise experiences will be an added advantage
- Follow up on shipment status and updating all stakeholders timely
- Responsible for daily inquiry related to external and internal parties
- Investigating root-cause in case of operational issues and services failures and to provide improvement/solutions to customers
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Diploma or above (Those with good experiences but less education qualifications may be considered)
- At least 2 year’s related working experience, preferably well-versed in import/export compliance
- Proficiency in PC applications including Ms word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to work overtime/weekends when required and work under pressure.
- Reliable, Intelligent and highly efficient
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER
