All positions must have basic AI tool proficiency:

• Proficient in ChatGPT / Gemini • Able to use AI to:

• Understand prompt structures

• Improve work efficiency through AI

Open Positions (10-Person Team Structure)

Product Operations (1 Position)

Responsibilities • Optimise merchant onboarding process • Organise KYC processes • Operational data analysis • SOP design • Product implementation management • Coordinate between tech and sales

AI Requirements • Use AI to write SOPs • Use AI to generate data reports • Use AI for operational reviews

Salary • Intern: $800 – $1,200 • Full-time: $3,500 – $6,000 • KPI bonus separate

Sales Manager (1 Position)

Responsibilities • Manage BD team • Develop sales strategies • Manage channel partners • Design pricing structure and sales approach

AI Requirements • Use AI for competitor analysis • Use AI to optimise pricing structure • Use AI to summarise sales meetings

Salary • $4,500 – $7,000 base • Bonuses

Key Account Sales (1–3 Positions)

Responsibilities • Develop chain brands / automotive groups / large merchants • Business negotiations • Project management

AI Requirements • Use AI for industry research • Use AI to write proposals • Use AI for client background research

Salary • Base: $3,500 – $6,000 • High commission rate • Project bonuses

Junior BD / Field Sales (3 Positions)

Responsibilities • Acquire SME merchants • POS installation and training • After-sales support

AI Requirements • Use AI to optimise cold visit scripts • Use AI to analyse merchant types • Use AI to prepare daily reports

Salary • Intern: $700 – $1,000 + per-deal bonus • Full-time: $2,500 – $3,800 + commission

Technical Support (1 Position)

Responsibilities • Merchant system configuration • Device setup and troubleshooting • Second-line technical support • Knowledge base documentation

AI Requirements • Use AI to generate troubleshooting flows • Use AI to organise FAQs • Use AI to create internal training materials

Salary • Intern: $900 – $1,300 • Full-time: $3,200 – $5,000

Social Media & AI Content Growth Lead (1 Position)

Responsibilities • Manage all company social media accounts • Create high-performing content structures • Drive AI-powered content growth • Build content-to-sales conversion funnel • Live streaming / digital human livestreaming

AI Capability Required • Proficient in ChatGPT / Gemini • Able to analyse viral content • Use AI for keyword research • Use AI to write scripts • Use AI for competitor analysis • Build content calendar

Salary • Intern: $800 – $1,200 • Full-time: $3,500 – $5,500 • Lead bonus + growth bonus
