What is the TOP Internship Programme?

Introducing the TOP Internship, a 4-week internship programme organised by The Ordinary People (the authorised representative of AIA Singapore) curated specially for fresh graduates, undergraduate students and individuals who are interested to gain a better understanding and deeper knowledge of the financial services industry.

• Understanding wealth protection and wealth accumulation for personal financial planning.

• Learning and exploring business concepts behind marketing campaigns and strategies.

• Brainstorming and discussing case studies and business presentations.

To ensure our internship programme will further benefit and value-add to our participants’ experience, TOP has a Personal Character Development course installed as part of our programme.

• Discovering your most suited career matching your strength and personality.

• Understanding yourself at work and your best working style.

• Cultivating good habits and mindset for individuals.

The TOP Internship is open to:

• 21 years old of age and above

• Diploma or A-level Certification
