 We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our sales team. This role is crucial in generating leads and helping clients understand how our insurance products can meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team to pursue.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
• Maintain records of calls and note useful information about client interests and preferences.
• Work towards meeting or exceeding specific sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or similar customer service/sales role.
• Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Familiarity with insurance products is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
