Job Description

The Operations Executive is primarily tasked to provide support and to manage daily trade operations within the Administrative Department. This role will provide general administrative duties which involves coordinating a range of activities with internal and external parties, and preparations of documents such as reports, emails and memos. The role also involves handling full spectrum of documentary trade transactions for the company.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

  • Assists in planning and arranging of events and meetings.
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties such as data-entry, photocopying, filing, organising and preparing of documents.
  • Organising and handling of data not limited to maintaining basic accounting records and documentation.
  • Generation of payment request forms which includes preparation of invoices and cheques.
  • Responsible for handling the full spectrum of documentary trade transactions.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably educated to O Level/Diploma level or equivalent in any field of studies.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong team player with collaborative approach to work.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
