Job Description Jobscope:
- Ensure proper documentation, classification, sorting, filling and proper archiving.
- Responsible for MOM duties
- Handling journal entries, invoicing and filling.
- In charge of miscellaneous office duties.
- Materials purchasing and coordination for deliveries.
- In charge of workers attendance, dormitory, courses and other miscellaneous duties.
