Job Description

Job Description Summary:

  • Provide customer service by answering shoppers’ general enquiries.

  • Perform over-the-counter duties at the departmental stall.

  • Assist VIP shoppers by escorting them and offering concierge-style support.

  • Handle voucher redemptions.

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls.

  • Process payments and issue receipts.

  • Carry out administrative tasks as required.
