The internship will be a 2 weeks internship that will expose interns to the financial services sector from the inside, giving them an opportunity to explore various financial planning models & to learn how to construct a very basic financial portfolio for themselves by the end of the 2 weeks through various instruments like learning about the different types of investments, the various ways insurance can be used for risk transference, legacy planning, estate planning, business agreements, CPF model, tax structures in Singapore and common topics of adulting like saving for a BTO, wedding or their first car.
In the 2 weeks, there will also be exposure modules to leadership & entrepreneurship mindsets, as well as business models and opportunities to interview industry-leading directors on their thought process as well as career guidance.
Financial Planning covers various aspects of personal finance which includes:

- Retirement planning
- Investment planning
- Risk management
- Insurance Planning
- Tax Planning
- Estate Planning
- Conducting Business Succession planning
- Providing Inflation and Risk-adjusted returns for the clients
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Tertiary degree, preferably in the Finance discipline
- Candidates with sales experience in other industries are also welcome to apply
- Self-motivating with a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills
