Advisors Alliance Group (AAG) is a financial advisory agency representing AIA Financial Advisers with a record breaking establishment exceeding 800 advisors.
AAG's origins stem back to 1985 where the founder, Tan Koon Chuan, formed his first agency under his tutelage with the name of Chuan & Associates. In 2000, Chuan & Associates underwent a brand makeover and birthed the current brand edition known to the financial services industry as Advisors Alliance Group. AAG is currently one of the largest financial services groups in Singapore. Our establishment is made up of mostly graduates from an array of notable tertiary institutions (NUS, NTU, SMU, etc.).

Objectives of this Role
• Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
• Manage and grow company's presence on social media
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
• Develop strategies and position
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
• Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, lead and facilitate pitch logistics
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
• Participate in business presentations and meetings to identify gaps and areas of improvement
Skills and Qualifications
• Min. Polytechnic Diploma or A-Level certification (or equivalent), preferably in Business/ Finance/ Economics/ Actuarial Sciences or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative with an eye for design
• Working experience with sales techniques
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources
