Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for dynamic, energetic and creative people to join our team! You will be required to:
- Conceptualize and create event proposals
- Assist the sales team in coordinating and managing the events
- Provide both administrative and operational support
- Work closely with the Design & Operations team in all aspects of the event
- Have good client servicing skills for any liaising and communication
- Travel to onsite for any planning and support
Requirements
- Willing-to-learn and positive attitude!
- Committed with an interest in events
- Organised and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Good team player with a good level of initiative and problem solving skills
- Able to work long hours and on weekends & Public Holidays (if necessary)
- Proficient in MS office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
