Job Description

The Temporary Accounts Specialist will perform administrative duties for the Finance department, assist in handling AR & AP, perform data entry using SAP system. The candidate will report to the Finance Manager and work with the full time Finance Team members.

The role will begin with a 3 months contract, and be renewable up to 6 months.

The candidate may be converted to full time should they display charisma suited for the role.

We are unable to offer any work permits, this role is only for Singaporeans.

Responsibilities 

• Assist in data entry on the SAP system

• Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments

• Assist in stationery and supplies ordering and stock taking

• Assist in preparation of petty cash payments, cash book, cheques and Giro.

• Perform administrative duties including data entry and document management

• Coordinate and assist in filing, scanning and copying documents

• To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

• Nitec or LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

• 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Accounting System (preferably SAP)

• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Outlook, Microsoft Dynamic NAV)
