Job Description

The incumbent reports to Human Resources Manager (ASEAN) and is responsible for the following human resources and administrative duties.

  • Assist HR Manager in Recruitment & selection, onboarding, training & development, Compensation & benefits, and other employees engagement initiatives
  • administer and print attendance reports
  • Coordinates & conducts orientations for new hires
  • Develop, review & update of Human Resource policies and guidelines
  • Provide advice on changes of labor legislation & formulating of related surveys information
  • Involved in company work health programs & team building activities
  • Other tasks as assigned
