We also provide services to support starting a business in Singapore and other services such as bookkeeping and accounting, taxation and consulting. Job Description
1. Scope:
- Preparation of monthly bookkeeping, including general accounting data-entry work, bank reconciliation, balance sheet details schedules and etc
- Preparation of monthly cash disbursement and Giro payments
- Preparation of monthly payroll and CPF submission
- Preparation of quarterly GST and withholding tax
- Liaise with external auditor and client
- Ad-hoc administration etc.
2. Requirements:
- Diploma or studying Accounting or other equivalent qualification
- MYOB/XERO knowledge will be advantages
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database skills
- Able to work under pressure and deadline
3. Working hour:
- At least 2 working days per week
- 9am to 6pm
4. Salary:
- Salary is commensurate with experience
- Full time staff salary with minimum $10/hour
5. Other Benefits:

- Located at Clarke Quay – The Central
- After 6 months, you will master full set of accounting
