Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides receptionist support to office including meeting and receiving guests.
  • Handle Office Admin matters
  • Manage office mailing/courier matters.
  • Inventory welfare and control of office stationery and pantry supplies
  • Ensure timely invoices payment to vendors.
  • Provide support on ad hoc HR projects as assigned
