Job Summary:
3 months contract staff or Intern. Assist for order processing, and provide assistance to sales department and execute customer’s orders to final delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in functions related to order processing.
- Assist in preparing invoices, delivery orders, follow-up shipping date, and coordinate with sales to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in place PO to vendors, follow up with payment, delivery date
