Job Description
General Description
Primarily responsible to provide technical support to end users. Assist in hardware and software technical installation and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist on deployment of device onsite.
- Responsible on the hardware and software installation of system and device
- Provide advice and onsite assistance to end users related to the system.
- Follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues.
- Support and troubleshoot to resolve technical issues pertaining to system and device.
- To escalate specific requests to next level for immediate attention and resolutions
- To support the project implementations, as when required.
- To perform other IT related duties when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in providing IT support and hardware installations
- Fresh Diploma Holders are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
