Adept Business Consultancy – Associate Business Consultant (Apprenticeship)

Key Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will:

• Conduct research into industries related to Adept’s business arms (mortgage, trade finance, corporate services).

• Assist in business development, including preparing proposals, pitch decks, and supporting client acquisition.

• Provide operations support across marketing, client liaison, and fulfilment activities.

• Attend selected meetings with bankers and industry partners, supporting networking and follow-up activities.

• Support project planning, documentation, and administrative tasks for consultancy operations.

• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance Adept’s business strategies.

Requirements

We welcome applicants who are:

• Students or graduates with Diploma / A-Level qualifications or higher (any discipline).

• Possess strong communication and organizational skills.

• Curious, motivated, and have a genuine interest in learning about business development and consultancy.

• Comfortable with research, problem-solving, and supporting both strategy and operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (basic level).
