Job Brief:

We are an interior design and architecture Singapore SME. We have an opening for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding team.

This position report to the Managing Director and interfaces with the Design team. Ad-Evo vision is to create a better space for the community. We believe that good design comes from a positive environment.

The nature of the work requires someone:-

• detail orientated individual (Hey! We are in interior design! )
• who will be able to play a part in delivering a standard of excellence.
• We want a team-player! We are an employee and customer orientated company.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Outline client design objectives.
• Develops design concepts, digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures in accordance to the brief
• Source materials and products included in plans
• Determine cost of completion and project requirements
• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.

Skillset

1. Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials

2. Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter

3. Proficient in Autocad and Sketchup/ other 3D modelling and rendering software.

4. Effective verbal and written communication skills

5. Trained in Architecture / Interior Design

Salary range: Up to SG$3,000
