Job Description

Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team and provide support to our department. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the team in their day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our team members to help them provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support team members in their decision-making process.
