Account Executive (5 Months Contract)

Responsibilities 

• Handle full spectrum of account receivables, carry our billing, update collection
• Ensure all collections are properly documented into MYOB and Salesforce 
• Responsible for vendor payments
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor 

Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in accounting role
• Proficient in Excel and hands on experience in MYOB is preferred
• Team player, fast learner
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
