Online order processing across multiple sales channels - (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon etc.)
Help in planning and executing, promotional strategies in collaboration with marketplace account managers.
Assist with ad-hoc projects in digital marketing, social media content generation and account management. (Facebook/Instagram/Tik-Tok etc.)
Assist with day-to-day operations of the E-commerce operations, such as order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries and new product listing. Assist warehouse in picking and packing during busy sale periods.
