Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Support filming and behind-the-scenes content (mostly phone-based)
  • Help brainstorm relatable content ideas and formats
  • Video editing (Reels / TikTok style content)
  • Support posting, scheduling, and content organisation
  • Learn how content strategy and platform growth work in real projects

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong interest in social media and content creation
  • Comfortable using a camera and basic editing apps (CapCut, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve
  • Good attitude, reliability, and curiosity
  • No formal experience required — passion and effort matter most
