About the Role
Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation and emerging technologies?
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our Corporate IT team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real business projects involving AI adoption, Microsoft 365, digital workplace initiatives and knowledge management across Accuron and its subsidiaries.
You will work closely with experienced IT professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise technologies while contributing to meaningful projects that improve business productivity and user experience.
What You'll Do
(A) AI & Digital Transformation (Approximately 50%)
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools for enterprise use.
- Support the maintenance of the organisation's AI Register and AI use case inventory.
- Assist in converting policies, procedures and training materials into interactive learning content, podcasts or audiobooks using AI technologies.
- Test AI solutions and document findings, recommendations and best practices.
- Develop user guides, quick-reference materials and adoption resources to promote responsible AI usage across the organisation.
(B) IT Documentation & Process Improvement (Approximately 20%)
- Document IT processes, workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the enhancement of IT onboarding and induction materials.
- Create self-service knowledge articles and user documentation.
- Assist in documenting Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Maintain and improve IT operational documentation and knowledge repositories.
Who We're LookingFor
- Final-year undergraduate or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
- Exposure to, or a willingness to learn:
- Microsoft 365
- AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini
