Accorrus International Private Limited – HR Consultant Intern

You will have the opportunity to:

• Partner alongside the C-suite of SME clients to provide HR support to optimise people, structure, processes and culture with the goal of achieving business objectives
• Develop and establish new HR framework catered to the SME market
  

• Exposure to full spectrum of HR excluding payroll processing such as onboarding, performance management and employee engagement
• Ideal for individuals who are keen to develop their careers as a HR business partner or HR consultant

• Passionate to empower SMEs in business transformation through HR practices
• Meticulous individuals with strong organizational skills
• Good client engagement skills and enjoy meeting with clients across various industries
• Have the ability to deliver in a fast-paced working environment
• Have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (as many of our SME clients are Mandarin-speaking, all races are welcomed to apply)

Qualification Requirements

• Required Academic Track: Business (Human Resources / Human Capital) or equivalent / related
• Academic Performance: 2nd Class Honours or Cum Laude or equivalent
• Experience as a HR generalist Intern or Recruitment Intern
