Job Description

Role Overview 

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with the People & Culture team in Singapore and assist in delivering both local HR initiatives. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are interested in building a foundation in HR.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Employee Lifecycle Support 
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding arrangements, scheduling/conducting induction sessions, and handling exit documentation. 
    • Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system and ensure data is up to date. 
    • Support in the coordination of performance review activities. 
    • Help prepare communication materials and reminders for review deadlines. 
    • Support data collection and tracking of performance review submissions.
  • HR Operations & Administration 
    • Prepare HR documents, trackers, and standard reports. 
    • Help update policies and processes as directed. 
    • Support ongoing HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience. 
    • Assist with ad hoc HR tasks as assigned.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 
    • Post job openings on relevant job boards and platforms. 
    • Assist with resume screening and shortlisting candidates. 
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 
    • Liaise with candidates to provide timely updates during the hiring process.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture 
    • Assist in planning and organising employee engagement activities. 
    • Help with the design and rollout of engagement surveys and initiatives.
  • Training & Development Support
    • Assist in coordinating training programs and maintaining related records. 
    • Help prepare training materials and track attendance/feedback.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months. 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn. 
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
