Our goal at Academy Prêt is to enable our students to prepare to seize the world of opportunities ahead of them in their current and future academic and career journey. 

Academy Prêt aims to provide students aged 13 to 18 with opportunities and skillsets to excel via academic counselling, tutoring services, elite spec development, personal development and top university application support. Our students are both local and foreign students based in Singapore.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

• Assist in the logistics coordination of the various programs offered at Academy Prêt;
• Assist with communications and marketing strategies;
• Assist with new programs and business development initiatives.

Essential Skills include:

• Excellent verbal and written English skills;
• Strong project management skills;
• Strong attention to detail; highly organized;
• Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude;
• Strong interpersonal skills and EQ;
• Proficiency and efficiency in Microsoft, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Not Required, but a Plus if:

• Language skills: Korean, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia or other;  
• Video & photo editing skills.
