Looking for an intern from September to February under school official internship.
Project Overview:
'Corporate Branding, Site Communications and Visuals Revamp for Employee Engagement
Supporting the internal Communications Specialist on several upcoming tasks such as:
1) Site Visual Factory revamp - update site visuals in GMP corridor for improve employee engagement
2) Support Site Safety and Food Safety Induction Video creation
3) Support upcoming Corporate branding exercise and related change management activities on site.
'1) Support coordination between vendors and site team on execution of the visuals update. Prepare change management material to share with site.
2) Coordinate with vendor, plan out storyboard, script and provide guidance to vendors and site team to create the final video intended for all Visitors to site
3) Coordinate all change management and visuals update required for the Corporate branding related work.
Learning Outcomes:
1. 'Complete the visuals refresh for both GMP corridor and Viewing Gallery by Dec 25
2. Complete SIC video upgrade by Dec 25
3. Complete related Corporate branding work by Feb 26
Prerequisites:
Studying for a diploma in communications is preferred
Location Of Internship:
Abbott Manufacturing Singapore, 26 Tuas South Avenue 10 Singapore 637437 (shuttle bus service provided from Chinese Gardens/Boon Lay MRT to Tuas in the morning, and from Tuas to Jurong East MRT in the evening)
