Job Description
  • Undertake various administration projects on archival room, documents digitalization, network drive cleanup, etc
  • Generating and compiling of daily and weekly usage reports as and when required
  • Provide support new hire onboarding including PPE issuance, phonelist and organization update
  • Lead events as assigned which includes monitoring the progress of planning and execution and ensuring project administrative and operational requirements are met
  • Support preparation for visits, including detailed arrangements of the logistics
  • Other ad hoc duties such as data entry, filing and documentation
  • Supports cross-function administration duties as assigned by HOD
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by HOD
