Job Description

• Support the IT needs of the company
• Assist in process optimisation with the adopting of new softwares
• Install and configure hardware and software components
• Troubleshoot any technical bugs of IT equipment including computers, laptops, printers, network devices
• Provide support to colleagues/users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
• Manage technical documentation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirement

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Having some knowledge on coding would be ideal, or is keen in learning new technologies and skills
• Possess good communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
