- Job Description
You will be operating as part of Technical Department doing report customization, support, troubleshooting with our customers. Training will be provided for you to be empowered in your job. As required, your areas of responsibilities may include:
• Reports customization and designing with REPX Designer
• Direct liaison with customers to discuss and understand report formats
• Diagnose clients' issues and provide troubleshooting for report customization related
• Data import & export tabulation
• Assist in the ticketing system with clients you are assigned to handle
• Support existing customer's incidents reported
• Provide support to A2000 Product implementation team
• Any related task(s) that maybe needed from time to time, depending on project scope
