We are looking for motivated interns who are keen to learn and contribute to our digital marketing and online presence. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are creative, proactive, and interested in marketing within a global communication industry.
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the company’s online marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, attract potential clients, and strengthen our digital presence. You will work closely with management to assist in content creation, social media updates, and basic marketing research.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Create simple digital content such as social media posts, banners, and short videos
Draft captions, simple posts, or marketing messages for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
Assist in creating basic marketing materials (service highlights, infographics, email content)
Social Media Management
Update and maintain social media platforms consistently
Schedule posts using social media tools (optional)
Monitor engagement, respond to basic enquiries, and track post performance
Research & Market Insights
Research competitor services, pricing, and marketing approaches
Explore industry trends in translation and language services
Suggest ideas for improving online visibility or reaching potential clients
Website & Online Presence Support
Assist with website content updates (e.g., proofreading service descriptions, updating blog posts)
Check that information on Google Business Profile and online listings is accurate
Help improve SEO by suggesting keywords or optimising simple website text (training provided)
We are looking for someone who has:
Interest in digital marketing, social media, or communications
Good writing skills in English
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
Creative and willing to learn
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude, organised, and responsible
