POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will assist the Regional Procurement Director in strategic procurement initiatives for the AMAP region. These initiatives are related to consolidation, standardization, sustainability and margin improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to learn different aspects of the Procurement function within a short duration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the Regional Tender processes like Tender drafting – 30%
- Work on one or two Strategic Projects like Travel Management Consolidation, IT Regional Buying or Regional Social Media/Ecommerce Procurement Strategy- 30%.
- Assist in the Procurement ESG Initiatives –implementing short term goals and roadmap for long term goals – 30%
- Standardization and Refresh of Regional Procurement Policies – 10%
KNOWLEDGE/ QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Preferably undergoing a course in Supply Chain or Procurement or Data Analytics.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Key interactions with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance functions.
