Job Description

Role Overview

As our Marketing Intern, your main responsibility is to support the team to successfully deliver brand and marketing programs across our business; Corporate, Leasing & Accommodation. You are highly motivated, professional, passionate, creative, detail-oriented, self-organized and proactive in coordinating marketing activities from every angle to assist the team in achieving maximum results for the business. You will report into the Assistant Marketing Manager.


 Strategy / Research

  • Stay abreast and share current market / industry trends, audience insights and new innovations in marketing initiatives / platforms
  • Compile specific research reports as briefed by the team, this could be audience, channel or product related
  • Proactively come up with ideas / ‘different ways in’ to challenge the status quo of our marketing & content efforts to ensure we are being bold, creative, innovative and effective in our approach

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Assist with the creative / content maintenance and update of our brand websites; 8M, 8MC, KSH, ASH, Wanderlust, Base
  • Assist with the social media management of our platforms; 8M, 8MC, KSH, ASH, Wanderlust
  • Develop angles, ideas and create content (blogs, social posts, videos) to sit on our owned platforms; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Assist with the management & filter of Influencer / Media requests and provide a recommendation / management support for activation
  • Plan and execute EDMs
  • Measure and track all campaigns ROI and KPIs
  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports

Campaign Planning / Execution

  • B2B: Help deliver Leasing campaigns in accordance to the set plan, from the development of campaign assets through to multi-channel marketing activation (paid and owned)
  • B2C: Help deliver Accommodation campaigns in accordance to the set plan, from the development of campaign assets through to multi-channel marketing activation (paid , earned and owned)
  • Manage external partners; Draft briefs for external consultants including but not limited to: property & lifestyle photoshoots and videography

Activations (if practicable)

  • Assist in the planning and execution of on-site activations: launch events that showcase the key features of our properties including seasonal events in support of business initiatives or new openings

Job Requirement

  • Year 2/3 or final year students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • Ability to demonstrate a knowledge and passion for real estate, trends and key customers both at a local and global level
  • Ability to analyse consumer data and then use this to strengthen your consumer awareness and understanding
  • Must embody the characteristics of our business values; Bold, Entrepreneurial, Excellence & Social
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a time-pressured environment
