We are a Singapore start up that specialises in producing concept lifestyle shows, with a focus on fitness. Our creative director produced the NutriMan & NutriGirl series of fitness pageants in 2013 to 2016. After the contract of these shows ended, he set up 6 Productions Pte Ltd and created Fitness Couple SG 2016. In 2017, he launched Why Am I Fat, and in 2018 produced Fitness Couple SG 2nd edition as well as launch Men's Fitness SG. For the rest of the year, we are working on Why Am I Fat 2nd edition, and Fitness Couple: Wedding Edition, as well as a cooking show.
- accompany Creative Director for meetings with sponsors
- take notes of these meetings & update the team to follow up
- make calls/emails to sponsors or partners, where required
- arrange appointments/meetings for Creative Director to meet sponsors/partners/team
- coordinate team meetings & activities
- manage contestants (eg, ensure they fulfil all social media requirements from sponsors, they are punctual for activities, ensure they deliver photos/articles on time etc)
- assist in sourcing for contestants & sponsors for our shows
- update social media accounts (YouTube, Facebook pages, IG)
- update website
- update blog
- generate ideas for social media marketing & awareness
- administrative work eg. compose/ prepare email templates
- attendance at company events to take photos/ videos for social media
Work hours:
- Weekdays 12 noon to 7pm (includes 1 hour meal break); on occasion may have to work after 7pm but only if there are any events/ activities
- Weekends by notification, usually only when there are activities, no more than 4-hours either on a Saturday or Sunday
