• To support Marketing Manager in executing effective marketing strategies and annual marketing campaigns.
• Execute the annual and ad-hoc marketing plans and initiatives that significantly help stores to achieve sales target, guest counts and market share.
• Plan, execute and attend community and local store marketing events. Monitor industry statistics, follow trends, and shop competitor within the market. Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and increase sales, build guest counts and support customer loyalty. This includes physical presence with the stores, and not limited only to administrative roles.
• Act as liaison with mall management and operations for local restaurants and marketing campaigns including for underperformance stores and new store openings.
• Assist, collate and coordinate information needed with production of marketing materials and literature online and offline for aggregators’ platforms, new store openings and local store marketing.
• Ensure stores’ marketing materials are accurately displayed, in good condition and distributed as required.
• Act as liaison with aggregators on marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the external brand persona and direction is always adhered to.
• Update and maintain documentation and databases – aggregators, new store openings and local store marketing.
• Perform market analysis and research on competitors.
• Responsible for the aggregators’ performance and sales building report.
• Assist in ad hoc reports or other tasks as assigned.
