Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develops and executes marketing strategies to ensure the growth and sustainability of the business
  • Able to plan for a project (timeline, task list, budget) and oversee end to end execution 
  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Product, Tech, Creative, and Operations
  • Ensure adherence to operating budget of Marketing Department
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
  • Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with 1 - 2 years marketing experience in planning integrated marketing strategy and executing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Able to work with evolving and emerging products
  • Up-to-date and enthusiastic about the latest trends and best practices of social media platforms and content
  • Effective in engaging and influencing marketing and sales team members to achieve targets
  • Highly detail-oriented to ensure the quality of project material and communications.
  • Relentless in driving growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
  • Proven track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth and start-up environment
