1doc Medical Centre (Bedok) – Clinic Assistant

The 1doc medical team is made up of a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, and other general practitioners. The 1doc medical team works together to ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment and care. We strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all of our patients from all walks of life. 

• Assisting in clinic daily operations, clinical procedure and dispensing medication

• Checking patient vital signs and clinical measurements

• Attend to patients and phone calls

• Appointment booking for patients

• Handle patient's registration and data entry

• Collection of payment

• Maintaining clinic cleanliness

• Any other ad hoc assignments as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Job Requirement:

• GCE O level & above

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferable

• Knowledge of Medisave claimable is preferable

• Customer service experience will be an advantage.

• Service oriented with good public relations and communication skills

• Fast worker, able to multitask

• Passionate to learn continuously

• Responsible, independent, organised and team player

• IT savvy as we are fully computerised

• Working day: 5.5days per week, 44hrs per week

• Able to work evening, weekends and PHs
