108 Growth Partners is a Strategy & Management Consulting firm in Singapore. We work closely with Singapore public and private sector bodies to solve their business challenges.

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Market Research Intern to support a time-sensitive survey project targeting business leaders and professionals. The primary responsibility will be to actively drive survey responses through direct face-to-face outreach, supported by phone and email follow-ups. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face visits to business centres and offices to encourage survey participation.
• Communicate the objective and importance of the survey in a professional and respectful manner.
• Track and report progress regularly and suggest ideas to increase outreach effectiveness.
• Support data analysis and synthesis of findings, as and when required.

Requirement

• Enthusiastic and self-driven, with excellent communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable approaching professionals in real-life settings and initiating conversations.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; ability to speak Mandarin or other local languages is a plus.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Based in Singapore and able to travel across different locations during the day.
• Available for immediate start and committed to full-time/ Part-time support over the next 1 month.

Qualification

• Open to students or fresh graduates/ Diploma holders.
• Prior experience in fieldwork, sales, or market research is an added advantage.
• Polytechnic Students are also welcome to apply
