Role & Responsibility
We are looking for a highly driven, intellectually curious and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving complex problems and is keen to contribute to live client projects.
Business Consulting Intern would have dual responsibility of helping in live Business Consultancy projects and helping with Business Development activities. The role offers a varied and dynamic experience, aligned with the pace and needs of the business.
Business Consultancy (Core Focus)
This role provides an opportunity to work on a live consulting engagement with a Singapore public sector organisation involving process mapping, operational improvement, and SOP development.
The responsibilities include:
- Support live consulting projects for public & private sector clients
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand current processes
- Map workflows using structured process mapping techniques
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Create process flows, decision trees, and structured documentation
- Perform research and synthesize insights into clear outputs
You will be guided by experienced consultants and supported throughout the project to help you learn and deliver effectively. You will be expected to think independently and produce clear, high-quality outputs.
Business Development
The responsibility is to contribute to the overall success of the business development initiatives by performing the following key activities:
- Business development efforts to prospect and generate leads
- Outreaching to prospects via emails, LinkedIn, & calls and pitching potential clients our consultancy services
- Support pre-sales activities for potential opportunities
- Assist in the development of project proposals, presentations, and industry publications
- Assist team to identify and prospect new clients through digital media
Requirement
- Strong interest in structured problem solving and analytical thinking
- High attention to detail and documentation quality
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear steps
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Familiarity with process mapping tools
- Based in Singapore
Qualification
- Degree preferably in Business with excellent academic and co-curricular achievement record
- Other outstanding Graduates with strong academic and co-curricular track record are also welcome
