Postgraduate Internship: HNW Strategy & Ecosystem Development

We are looking for a highly motivated postgraduate intern to support strategic initiatives within our HNW Strategy and Ecosystem Development function. This role offers exposure to wealth management strategy, client experience design, ecosystem partnerships, and emerging trends shaping the HNW segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across the wealth management landscape.
• Support customer journey mapping, process review, and documentation to enhance client experience.
• Assist in the planning and execution of client and Financial Adviser (FA) engagement events.
• Prepare strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
• Perform data analysis to identify market opportunities and client insights.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and insight generation.
• Track and analyse emerging trends, including digital assets, alternative investments, family offices, philanthropy, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
• Support ecosystem development initiatives through research on relevant partners and value propositions.

Desired Profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technology-enabled productivity solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
