Most people assume financial advisory means one thing: selling insurance to friends and family. That's not how we operate.

At INZY, you'll be trained on investment planning and retirement advisory, not just insurance, and you'll build your client base through a structured cold outreach and roadshow system. That means real exposure to serious conversations: portfolio strategy, retirement planning, wealth structuring — with clients who range from young professionals to doctors, lawyers, and business owners. It's the kind of client exposure most 22-25 year olds never get access to, anywhere.

What the role involves

• Get trained on investment and retirement planning fundamentals, and apply them in real client conversations
• Conduct outbound cold calls and represent us at roadshows to generate new leads (or work your personal network, if you prefer — both paths are supported)
• Convert leads into scheduled consultations
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular check-ins and portfolio reviews
• Coordinate appointments and manage client schedules
• Handle documentation and administrative tasks accurately
• Support client workshops, appreciation events, and team activities

Compensation

• Commission-based role
• New Agent Support: the company tops up your monthly commission while you get started
• Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives

Licensing & Training

• No prior industry experience required — full training from day one, including cold calling, roadshows, and investment/retirement planning fundamentals
• This role requires MAS licensing (CMFAS exams); we support and guide you through this process
• 1-on-1 mentorship throughout onboarding and beyond

What we're looking for

• Minimally a Diploma, A-Levels, or currently pursuing/completed a Degree
• Friendly and confident engaging with people
• Organised, with good time management
