The internship

Want to learn how modern growth marketing actually works, on a real product with real budgets and real users? This is a hands-on internship focused on three things that move the needle: ads, SEO, and the website. You will write copy that ships, help shape landing pages that convert, and support live SEO and competitor work, all under close mentorship. No coffee runs, no filing decks. You will do the work and see what it does to the numbers.

What you'll do

Copywriting for ads and social

• Write and refine copy for Google Ads and social media ad captions, learning what makes people click and what makes them scroll past
• Support A/B tests on messaging and help track which lines actually perform

Website and landing pages

• Research and brief our design team on landing pages built to convert, then help see them through from concept to launch
• Use AI and design tools to mock up page concepts before handing off to designers
• Support on-page and technical SEO on the site, from tidying page structure to making sure the fundamentals are in place

SEO and content support

• Help collaborate on content article reviews, keeping quality and search intent front of mind
• Get hands-on with the SEO and content tools we use day to day

Competitor intelligence

• Run regular scans and light analysis of competitor activity across ads, content, and positioning, and flag what is worth acting on

A bit of everything else

• Occasionally lend a hand on our Singapore events, because that will give you additional exposure

What you'll gain

What we're looking for

• Able to commit for at least 4 months, ideally 6months or more
• A genuine interest in marketing and the drive to learn quickly
• Strong writing instincts and an eye for detail, since you will be creating and proofing copy that goes live
• Curious and organised, comfortable juggling a few moving parts at once
• Reliable and self-directed, happy to ask questions and run with feedback

Good to have

• Ability to speak Mandarin, useful when working with regional colleagues and partners, though not compulsory
• An interest in finance, investing, or trading
