Job Description

What You'll Do:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews
- Match candidates to suitable job opportunities
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and clients
- Prepare recruitment documents and update candidate records
- Learn recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management
- Assist with employer branding, job advertisements, and recruitment campaigns
- Support ad hoc HR and recruitment projects
