Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Creative Intern (Motion Graphics) to support brand, marketing, campaign, event, and day-to-day design initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for visual detail, layout, and typography, along with an interest in bringing static designs to life through simple motion graphics and animation.

You will gain hands-on experience supporting the creative process—from designing visual assets and preparing artwork files to creating motion content, adapting assets for different formats, and assisting with production workflows. This role offers exposure to both graphic design and motion graphics while contributing to digital, social, and physical brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create static and motion assets for brand, marketing, campaigns, events, and internal communications, including social media content, campaign collaterals in line with MORROW's brand guidelines.
  • Prepare artwork files and support production workflows
  • Organise design files, asset libraries, and project documentation to support efficient creative workflows
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, editors, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and engaging creative outputs

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in graphic design, visual communication, media, motion design, or a related field
  • No formal work experience required. We welcome applicants who have built foundational photo, video, motion graphics, or social content skills through school projects, personal content, freelance work, passion projects, or self-learning
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy across digital and print applications
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign. Familiarity with Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, Figma, or Canva is a plus
  • Basic understanding of motion design principles, including timing, pacing, transitions, and animation fundamentals
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Interest in longevity, fitness, health, wellness, hospitality, or human-centred brand experiences is a plus
  • Curiosity about emerging AI tools and their role in modern creative workflows is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools that support ideation, visual exploration, design, animation, and content creation is beneficial

Application Materials

  • CV or resume
  • Portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, spatial design, motion, campaign, or relevant creative work (3D work is a plus)

MORROW Health Pte Ltd is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
