Werms.Inc is an insect farm that upcycles food waste into insect protein for the pet feed industry and fertiliser for plant hobbyists. We provide live pet feed and conduct frequent workshops/events to educate consumers on our food waste situation and the sustainable use of insects.
Support the end-to-end development of sustainability-focused educational programmes for learners of all ages — from preschool through primary, secondary, tertiary, and institutes of higher learning. This is a hands-on, field-based role rather than a desk job, involving frequent island-wide travel for event execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning education curricula
- Liaising with stakeholders, partners, and venues
- Coordinating teaching aids and logistics
- Preparing educational materials and presentation slides
- Developing projects and executing events

Candidate requirements: Candidates should have at least some background or experience in tutoring, be capable of managing a classroom of students, and be comfortable speaking clearly and confidently in front of a class.
