We're looking for a passionate Marketing Strategist who enjoys turning ideas into impactful campaigns while building strong relationships with clients, media, influencers, and brand partners.

Job Description

Key Responsibly


Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with clients' marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with designers, videographers and content creators to produce engaging content.
  • Manage content publishing, community management and audience engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates and emerging content formats.


Public Relations & KOL Management

  • Develop PR strategies that generate meaningful media exposure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media publications, KOLs and content creators.
  • Draft press releases, media invitations, media kits and event communications.
  • Coordinate media previews, launches, interviews and influencer activations.
  • Track media coverage and prepare PR reports with earned media value where applicable.


Brand Partnerships

  • Identify collaboration opportunities between brands, venues, event organisers and strategic partners.
  • Develop partnership proposals and sponsorship presentations.
  • Liaise with potential partners from initial outreach through execution.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key partners and identify recurring collaboration opportunities.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying brands that align with campaign objectives.


Campaign Strategy

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies combining digital, PR, influencer and experiential marketing.
  • Brainstorm creative campaign concepts alongside the creative and events teams.
  • Present campaign ideas confidently to clients.
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand objectives, timelines and budgets.
  • Analyse campaign effectiveness and recommend future improvements.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, PR or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience managing influencers, media relations or brand collaborations is an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
