About GOAL360

GOAL360 is a newly-launched youth football academy that integrates football training, academic mentoring and character development, with the aim of developing young people who excel on the pitch, in school and in life.

Having recently launched our programmes and welcomed our first intake of players, we are looking for a Start-Up Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the academy as we grow.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in sports operations, programme delivery and start-up management while working closely with the founder during an exciting stage of growth.

Job Description

Role Overview

The intern will work directly with the founder and director to support the operational and administrative functions of GOAL360. Responsibilities will span programme operations, logistics, inventory management, customer administration and process improvement.

Work Schedule

Onsite: Wednesdays, 5.30 - 8.30 pm; Saturdays, 8.30 - 11.00 am, Sundays am - 9.30 - 12 pm

Paid remote work: Up to 10 hours per month

Key Responsibilities

Programme Operations

  • Support the preparation and running of football training sessions and academy events

  • Assist with equipment management, setup and packing for sessions

  • Prepare player welcome packs, merchandise and programme materials

  • Coordinate operational logistics for programmes, events and trial sessions

  • Provide general administrative support to the founding team

  • Maintain inventory records for equipment and merchandise

Ideal Candidate

Students from the following disciplines are welcome to apply:

  • Sports Management

  • Sports Science / Coaching

  • Business / Entrepreneurship

  • Event Management

You should be:

  • Organised and detail-oriented

  • Interested in sports and youth development

  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment

Football experience is helpful but not required.
