Job Description

Role Summary:

This role supports the day‑to‑day HR and administrative operations of our office, with opportunities to learn across various HR functions. You will also gain valuable exposure by participating in the discussion for global HR initiatives and project with our Global HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities such as candidate sourcing, job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding arrangements

  • Prepare employment contract and HR letters for staff movement

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure proper filing of HR documentation

  • Manage staff leave and attendance administration

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative and positive organizational culture

  • Draft and update HR policies and procedures to align with local compliance and global directions

  • Support daily office administration tasks, including office supplies management, vendor coordination, and facilities maintenance.

  • Perform ad hoc administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned to support the team.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Undergraduate student studying in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proactive learning attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and attention to details

  • Proficient in using Microsoft applications or AI tools

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
